Our Chef

Head Chef, Chris Burgess, is the original Chef at Town Hall Grill.  With over 13 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Chris consistently provides great service to his guests, as well as continuously creates unique and innovative menu items. 

Chris extensive repertoire includes eclectic dishes infused with Southwestern flavors.  Some of Chris’ newest menu items offered at Town Hall Grill include a fresh garden medley salad, a 12oz. Sterling Silver Pork Chop served over white beans and topped with sautéed frisee and green apple compote, and Pan Seared Salmon served over French lentils with a blend of garlicky kale and veracruz sauce.  Chris has also introduced a golden fried shrimp appetizer and five new delicious dessert items including New York style cheesecake, banana pudding, root beer floats, chocolate ganache cake and a bourbon-cherry bread pudding.
